Who will do the rankings?

BCSS is taking over all rankings as well. Can this organization manage even more committees? Right now they have eligibility as their only real concern and they suck at that… now they want to run everything.

Again BCSS and this model is dependent on volunteers to continue to do their job just under BCSS control.
