#RoadToNationals: Northern Bounce

Hailing from the little town of Prince George, Northern Bounce will be hitting up Bballnationals with five of their boy's club teams this year, including one U13 team, two U15 teams, and two U17 teams.
One of the players coming down being Dan Zimmerman, who Northern Bounce founder Jordan Yu says is the most improved player in PG.
"His growth has been exponential and he will definitely be turning some scouts head at Nationals and the coming high school year," he said.
Coming down with the U15 team, keep an on Jerome Erickson -- he's tough, gritty, and fast. Plus, Coach says he's led in scoring throughout the club season and is "rock for his teammates".
And be sure to keep an eye on Bobby "South Paw" Kelly on the U13 squad.
"He's a lefty than can drive both ways and has great rhythm and flow to his game," said Yu. "Look for him to be leading his U13 team and making some great plays on the National stage."
Northern Bounce has only been in operation for just over a year, yet has grown five times in size with specialized programs for kids Grade 2 to Grade 12. Teams have participated in tournaments such as Drive Spring and Summer Classics, Genesis Classic, Great Canadian Shootout, and Gonzaga Team Camp, but Yu says the opportunity to play at Bballnationals is unrivalled.
"Playing basketball at the National level is a great opportunity and something to strive for," Yu stated. "Being from Prince George, we are geographically isolated from the rest of the province and country, so we jumped at the opportunity to play some of the best clubs in our own province and country."
Aside from the chance to show the rest of Canada what Northern Bounce is all about, Yu says he's excited to see how much each team has improved over the course of the spring and summer club season.
"We put all of our energy into the development of our players and teams; Club Nationals should be a great indicator of how we have progressed as a program throughout the season."
Good luck to all five Northern Bounce club teams heading to Bballnationals this August!
